This SHE DEFINED gratitude worksheet is designed to offer you a simple, daily practice that will help you feel more grateful for the little things (and sometimes the big things) you have in your life.
We recommend doing this exercise once a day. Ideally, you’ll complete your worksheet at the end of the day before going to bed or as part of your night-time routine. This will allow you to reflect on your day and cultivate a positive mindset for the following day. If you’ve had a challenging day, completing the worksheet at night will allow you to shift any negative thoughts and prepare for a better sleep than you would have otherwise.
