Refund and Returns Policy
If you’re on this page, you have most likely purchased something from us, and for that we thank you for supporting our independent publication created by women for women.
We pride ourselves in providing our community with quality content, products, and services.
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us via email at info@shedefined.com.au within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Don’t forget to include details of the issue as well as photos if the items have been received damaged or defective.
Please note the following:
- If you’ve purchased an item of clothing that doesn’t quite fit, no worries! We’re happy to offer an exchange upon the return of your item. You’ll need to cover the postage cost and will have 28 days, from the day you received it, to send it back to us.
- If your item has not been received within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact the courier using the shipping details provided. Should this fail to resolve the issue, let us know via email and we’ll do our best to assist where possible.
- Refunds are only available for items received damaged or defective. They will not be provided in instances of “change of mind”.
- If we have not heard from you within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, you will no longer be eligible for an exchange or refund.
